Refund Policy

Service-Specific Considerations:

Due to the personalized and spiritual nature of our services (e.g., numerology reports, energy healing, tarot readings), refunds are not generally offered once a service has been delivered or initiated.

We invest significant time, energy, and preparation in each session; as such, completed consultations are non-refundable.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Notice Period:

If you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled session.

Cancellations made with a minimum 24-hour notice may be eligible for rescheduling or a partial refund at our discretion.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows:

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session are generally not eligible for a refund.

No-shows or missed appointments without prior notice will not be refunded but may be rescheduled once depending on circumstances.

Exceptional Circumstances:

We understand that emergencies and unforeseen situations arise. In such cases, please contact us directly. We will do our best to accommodate you through rescheduling or partial refund, based on a good-faith review of your situation.

Refund Process

If a refund is approved:

  1. It will be issued to the original method of payment.
  2. Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days.
  3. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been successfully processed.
